Resolute Pacific is a trading name of Explosive Solutions Limited, a company registered in New Zealand ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone who contacts us through this website, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, organisation (optional), email address and the message you send. Our hosting and security provider also records standard technical information such as IP address and request details, which is used to operate and protect the site.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who processes your information

We use trusted service providers to operate this site and handle enquiries on our behalf:

Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security.
Supabase — secure storage of contact-form submissions (hosted in Australia).
Resend — delivery of enquiry notification emails to us.
Microsoft 365 — our email service.

These providers may store or process information outside New Zealand (for example in Australia or the United States). We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information to a standard comparable with New Zealand law.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us at hello@resolute-pacific.com.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
